At Kicktronix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
